Special Inspection Services

Special Inspections are included in IBC as a result of a growing concern for a higher level of quality assurance during construction.  Special Inspectors are utilized to insure the quality and safety of the constructed project.  Special Inspection Programs are implemented and coordinated by the Special Inspector, who tailors each project to incorporate critical structural elements.  Special inspection categories include soils and foundations, cast-in-place concrete foundations, precast concrete, masonry, structural steel, wood and special cases.
