WCSU Higgins Hall and Higgins Annex

Project Hightlights:

Danbury, CT – Structural and Civil design for major “like-new renovations” to the existing 95,700 SF classroom buildings. Structural design included new front entrance canopy, new additions and renovations to classrooms, faculty offices and support spaces. Civil design included site grading, paving, utilities including storm water permitting process and construction staging plan. The project was delivered with Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Revit Software.
