Project Hightlights:

Farmington, CT – The new 11-story hospital bed tower includes a new emergency department, surgery suite and surgery support area, Central Sterile Processing (CSP), a total of 169 beds in six nursing units, inpatient rehab, renal dialysis, respiratory therapy and a new lobby and entrance. The project also included the construction of two new parking structures with a capacity of approximately 400 cars each, and the renovation of 118,000 SF of the existing John Dempsey Hospital bed tower. Our services included the independent structural review and the special inspections for the construction of the new 11-story 387,000 GSF steel framed building supported by shallow spread footing foundations.
