Tunxis Community College – Phase Two

Project Hightlights:

Farmington, CT – Structural design for a new steel framed, 36,000 sq. ft. classroom and office building addition with a basement level and 3-stories above grade. The work includes the demolition of an existing building on the eastern end of the campus. The new addition is located between two existing buildings with renovations to the adjacent buildings and to the colonnade covered walk. Provided coordination of geotechnical studies including boring scope and boring locations, construction administration, construction inspection, and special inspection services.
