Savin Lake Dam

Project Hightlights:

Lebanon, CT – The Savin Lake Dam is approximately 800 feet in length and 20 feet in height. It consists of an earthen embankment with a significant amount of erosion. Repair work was required to address the deficiencies to the dam, most notably the deterioration and the limited size of the spillway. The work to repair the dam included the complete replacement of the concrete spillway and training walls, a new mid-level drawdown structure and associated piping, upstream slope repairs and protection, and general earthwork associated with the grading of the dam.
