WCSU Fifth Avenue

Project Hightlights:

Danbury, CT – Structural and civil design for the construction of a new 215,000 sq. ft., four-story, 804-car, mid-town campus parking garage on Fifth Avenue. This precast structure on spread footings was designed with a state-of-the-art protective system against corrosion. Interior features include four stair towers, elevators, security lighting and phone service. The civil/site design included design of all access drives, sidewalks, grading, and utilities. Macchi Engineers was the prime designer and responsible for all aspects of project coordination.
