Naugatuck Valley Community College

Project Hightlights:

Waterbury, CT – Structural and civil design for construction of 85,000 sq. ft. of renovations and new additions to the Founders Hall and Annex Building. Numerous building and safety code upgrades were completed and a complete renovation of the building systems, total roof replacement and substantial improvements to the building envelope, new mechanical systems, and electrical service and distribution. Additional elements include accreditation of the facility as a LEED Silver facility and compliance with High Performance Building Standards.
