Riverfront Park Boathouse

Project Hightlights:

Glastonbury, CT – Structural and civil design for the construction of a new 10,000 sq. ft., two-story boathouse banquet facility. The first floor contains a large storage area and the second floor can be used as a banquet facility for weddings, parties and corporate functions. The second floor can accommodate up to 150 people for a seated banquet and about 300 people for a classroom event. There is a dance floor and access to the observation deck with a spectacular panoramic view of the river.
