Martin Luther King, Jr. School (MLK)

Project Hightlights:

Hartford, CT – Macchi Engineers provided the structural design services including the structural assessment for the conversion of the existing MLK School into a new Middle School/Magnet School campus to accommodate 800 students. The project included approximately 140,000 SF of renovations and 34,000 SF of new construction. The project is a “renovate-as-new” and was delivered with building information modeling (BIM) using revit.
