The Goodwin Estates

Project Hightlights:

Hartford, CT – Civil/site development for the construction of a ½ mile access drive, utility connections, landscaping, and permitting for a new 56-unit free standing luxury condominium complex. The roadway was constructed in accordance with the City of Hartford guidelines. The storm drainage was constructed in accordance with the ConnDOT Drainage Manual, MDC requirements and City of Hartford Flood Control Commission.
