American School for the Deaf

Project Hightlights:

West Hartford, CT – Gallaudet-Clerc Education Center is a new 2-story, 55,000 sq. ft. academic facility that opened in the fall of 2013. The new facility consists of new classrooms, science and life skills labs, a library, speech and occupational and physical therapy workspaces, audiological test rooms, cafeteria, and a student health center.

Macchi Engineers provided the structural and civil design, construction services and special inspections for the new building that was delivered with BIM utilizing Revit software.
