Cheney & Elizabeth M. Bennet Academy

Project Hightlights:

Manchester, CT – Structural design for the construction of new additions and major renovations to combine the Bennett Academy building and the Cheney Building to create a new 5th and 6th grade school. Project included demolition of the existing boiler building and construction of a new classroom building, cafeteria, elevators and stairwells and a new pedestrian bridge connecting the existing Cheney Building to the existing Bennet Building. Provided a feasibility study, structural design for the new additions and renovations to the existing building. The project was delivered with Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Revit Software.
